🔍 Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to proactively source and engage candidates.
🤝 Collaboration with Talent Consultants: Work closely with Talent Consultants to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
📅 Interview Coordination: Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and Talent Consultants.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in sourcing, preferably in IT or technical roles. 💻
Strong ability to source and attract top talent in competitive markets. 🏆
Excellent communication and organizational skills. 📝
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ⚡
