About the Role
As a TA Consultant at TAM Solutions, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple industries. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver top talent and ensure smooth, effective recruitment operations. 💼
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
📅 Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
🤝 Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting solutions.
🗣️ Candidate Engagement: Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and provide timely feedback.
🌱 Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Lead the negotiation process and ensure candidates transition smoothly into their new roles.
🌐 Building Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and industry contacts.
Requirements
At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 🏆
