The next statement might come as a shock: Building a business is hard.
Okay, so no one is really shocked by that statement but they might ask: In today’s social media / influencer-filled, “everything is connected” world, shouldn’t it be easier to build a team and a business that executes your ideas perfectly?
Well….yes? no? maybe?
Building a business where your team, your people, are your product, it becomes essential to build the RIGHT team that can execute your vision fully. It becomes even more vital to find teammates who understand you are starting from scratch, who are willing to commit to an unknown journey, and who are willing to attempt to build a lasting legacy with you.
From the beginning, Fede and myself have expressed appreciation for the network we have and the network our networks have. Spending years building relationships, learning and growing in other business management roles, has led us to start TAM Solutions. But TAM is not just Fede and myself. TAM is a team. TAM is a direct result of nurturing networks, treating people with dignity, and being authentic in everything we do.
So today, we launch our first article series: Who Make Up TAM Solutions?
In this series, we will introduce you to and feature our team members. We will find out why they were willing to take this journey with TAM, what was important to them when searching for a new role, and what makes them excited about the future.
We believe in our team and what better way for you to find out why we believe in our team than to hear from them directly? We hope you enjoy their comments below and learn through this article series about the people who make up TAM Solutions.
Thank you to Daniel, Fernando, and Marina for your time and willingness to share your thoughts with the world.

Why did you take the leap and join TAM?
Recruiting is a pretty small world and I've worked with Fede and Ayla (indirectly) before, I trust their knowledge and experience in this industry, we share values and love their vision for the company. It's exciting to be part of their new adventure.
What was important to you when looking for your next role?
The vision, culture, strategy and knowing I'll be able to bring value to the organization.
What is one thing you are most excited about for the future?
I think AI and Robotics will affect all industries, some people will have to transition to different roles and shift careers, take new challenges, learn and adapt. Some start-ups will slingshot onto the top while others will struggle. Some jobs are changing from doing the actual work to having great and unique ideas. I think these are really exciting times.
Fernando Gago, Talent Acquisition Consultant
Why did you leap and join TAM?
Because I trust Fede, and I've seen his ability to bring people together and create a high-performance team
What was important to you when looking for your next role?
I wanted to be part of a team where I wasn't just another team member but a piece within the puzzle where you see the whole picture only when we are all aligned.
What is one thing you are most excited about for the future?
I look forward to seeing the tech industry getting back on track and looking for talent partners such as TAM to help them build back their teams.
Marina Bacchiocchi, Talent Acquisition Consultant
Why did you take the leap and join TAM?
Trust. Having worked together in the same company, I knew firsthand how passionate Ayla and Fede are about building exceptional teams.
What was important to you when looking for your next role?
I was seeking a collaborative and enjoyable work environment. It was important for me to be part of a team that shared my values, where I could feel valued and supported, and where I could continue learning. I found all of these qualities in TAM.
What is one thing you are most excited about for the future?
I'm looking forward to the market picking up. Every week, there are too many exceptional professionals being laid off. I'd like to see more people celebrating on LinkedIn as they find their dream jobs.
So, yes, building a business is hard. To make it easier, you create connections that will believe in your vision and take a leap with you, you hold onto those and nurture them. “Everything is connected”, social media / blogs all can help get your message out faster, to more people and help make the building a business challenge easier but the real prize is in having a team, a network that is willing to start fresh with you and share the goal of building long-term relationships.
