At this time, we feel like it is the right time to introduce the Founders of TAM Solutions: Ayla MacEachern & Federico Calvino.
To kick things off, let’s find out, who are you here at TAM Solutions?
Ayla: I am a Co-Founder, COO of TAM Solutions.
Fede: I’m a co-founder, CSO of TAM Solutions.
Why did you both want to start TAM Solutions?
Ayla: I wanted to start TAM because the world is changing and I want to be there for it. Long gone are the days of utilizing only one market and paying high markups and forcing people into a corporate structure that cannot provide a good quality of life. There is incredible talent out there that is not being utilized to its full potential and there are companies that need a different kind of solution to their talent problems. I want to find and provide that solution for them.
Fede: After over 15 years in the industry, I feel I can not only build high-performing Talent Acquisition teams but also provide our clients with a unique, highly collaborative and simple solution to ever changing market conditions.
What are you both looking to accomplish with TAM?
Ayla: Like putting a puzzle together, it is incredibly satisfying to find the right fit for a company and see that beautiful, big picture come to life. I want to help put that puzzle together!
Fede: I’m looking for our teams and clients to understand the importance of culture. Early on in my career I realized the impact of culture on teams. People who decide to work for TAM are fully aware of our belief on culture, collaboration and healthy work environments. I’m looking to not only assure that our teams have everything they need to succeed but to also share our culture with our clients, to make sure they understand we are NOT transactional, to make sure they understand TAM Solutions will build individual relationships based on unique talent challenges they are facing. We will work non-stop to establish trust, collaboration and consistent communication.
What do you want to be able to provide to clients?
Ayla: I want to find a way to tell our clients “Yes” when all they hear from other companies is “No”. I want us to provide out-of-the-box solutions that help all to benefit.
Fede: I’m looking to deliver high-performing, collaborative, simple & consultative solutions to our clients. Whether it’s sourcing, recruiting, reporting, market research, our clients need to feel they can count on us when faced with a variety of challenges.
How do you envision partnering with your teams?
Ayla: I love symbiotic relationships. When everyone is aligned and things find their rhythm, that is gold. I am a communicator - I don’t just want to provide a fix to a problem, I want to listen to your concerns, take in what your company is struggling with, and find a solution that works for you.
Fede: I have a passion for recruiting, will always be a Recruiter at heart, I will look to partner with our clients with a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter lens, to proactively approach every challenge with data and come up with a variety set of conclusions & observations, data our clients can use to make educated decisions.
